Kingswood College was well represented at the recent award ceremony of the NMMU Amesa Maths Olympiad held in Port Elizabeth.  Platinum certificates were handed out to pupils who achieved 90% or higher in the second round of the Maths Olympiad.  Grade 11s who achieved Gold (above 85%) were also invited to the ceremony.  3 pupils from Kingswood Junior achieved Platinum Certificates - Christopher Matthews in the Grade 5 category, and David Jones and Luzaan Potgieter in the Grade 7 category.  In Grade 11, 4 pupils achieved Platinum, and 1 Gold.  They are pictured here below, from left to right, Ian Buchanan (Platinum), Justin Moorcroft (Platinum) , Ross Ford (Platinum), Nicholas Smuts (Gold) and Jade Hilton (Platinum).
