There were old grannies, glamourous grannies, dapper grandpas, elderly grandpas, and even a sprinkling of surrogate grannies and grandpas at the Kingswood Junior Grandparents' Day today! 

Pupils were able to show their grandparents around the school after a programme of entertainment which included music, songs, poems and some "stories about my grandparents", which revealed some amusing details!  All the songs and poems were themed around  grandparents.  Some grandparents with more than one grandchild at Kingswood Junior were busy from 8.30 at the Pre-Primary until after 12h00 when the Prep Department completed their programme of entertainment in the Foundation Hall.
