David Viviers has been awarded a merit prize by UNISA for achieving 94% in his Grade 7 Piano exam. The Hennie Joubert Merit prizes are awarded annually by the Music Directorate of UNISA to candidates who have excelled in practical or theoretical music exams. David is in Grade 12 and his teacher is Mariel Ilusorio. He is a boarder at the school and hails from George.
